Your contribution: As leader of the Digital Workplace and Service & Support department, you ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a customer-centric culture. You develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital workplace environment, driving productivity and collaboration across the organization. You manage the Service & Support team to provide efficient, effective, and responsive technical support to end-users. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement, while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. You measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets and resources effectively, and maintain documentation for tools and services. Your qualifications: Completed studies in IT, Business Administration or a related field Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies (collaboration tools, productivity software, cloud services), relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus Very good knowledge of German and English Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus What you can expect: Mobile work : Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.
