Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Shopify Management: Co-manage and optimize our Shopify store, from product listings to order fulfillment.
* Marketplace Optimization: Oversee our presence on key marketplaces like Amazon and Otto, including product uploads, listing optimization, and market data analysis.
* Creative Product Presentation: Ensure visually compelling and sales-driven product displays on e-commerce platforms, using your creativity to showcase our products effectively.
* KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, etc.) to assess and optimize performance.
* Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and uncover new market opportunities.
* Project Management: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
* E-Commerce Experience: Several years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally within a startup environment.
* Shopify and Marketplace Expertise: Proficient in Shopify with hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and Otto. Familiarity with Google Shopping is a plus.
* Creativity: A keen eye for design and product presentation. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage for creating visually appealing content.
* Analytical Skills: Strong affinity for numbers with the ability to understand and strategically leverage KPIs.
