Your Role – meaningful & rewarding • Monitor and examine the use of knowledge by users and agents in E.ON’s operational IT support to identify patterns, knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities • Conduct monthly sampling to evaluate IT support quality, by analysing E.ON's operational service partner agent and process activities, against key performance indicators • Discuss quality levels and outcomes with service partners, and work with them to develop initiatives to improve quality measures • Work closely with product and service owners to promote knowledge creation and sharing, incorporating their input for IT support and knowledge management • Support the development, quality assurance, and enhancement of knowledge article content and resources • Increase the utilisation of artificial intelligence, search engines, and other technologies to consistently enhance the user experience Your Profile – authentic & open-minded • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification • Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers • Several yerars of professional working experience in relevant positions • Strong project management skills • Mid-level understanding of modern digital technology • Experience in working in international, cross-functional teams • Fluent in German and English • High willingness to travel regularly in Europe Our Benefits – smart & useful • Enjoy flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
