For our production site in Lindau on Lake Constance, we are now looking for a HR Manager (m/w/d) We look for a passionate HR Manager able to - give HR guidance to our Management team - ensure compliance with labor law, tax and social security regulations - cooperate with the works council - negotiate during collective and individual agreements - manage the recruiting process, from the job profile definition to the onboarding phase of the new hire - manage all the people development process like succession planning process, performance management process, competency modelling process and others - provide formal training to the emerging leaders on soft skills - work in a matrix organization - work in a multinational team and report to non-German managers - understand the HR-related financials, including the ability to build and manage the HC budget - regularly report HR KPIs to the group Your profile You have a degree in business administration or law or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in Human Resources You have 7 years experience as HR Manager in a multinational manufacturing company You enjoy operational HR work You are a pragmatic personality who can communicate convincingly and sympathetically at all levels Close teamwork and a high degree of reliability are essential for this role Good knowledge of employment law rounds off your profile Fluent English Are you interested in varied and interesting tasks?
