We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a dynamic (Junior) Marketing Manager to join their DACH Regional Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in generating pipeline growth in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria through strategic demand generation activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teams such as field sales, pre-sales, partner & alliances, and value management to align campaigns with business objectives. Role Overview: The (Junior) Marketing Manager will support the growth strategy in Germany by assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and events. This hands-on position involves collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner & Alliances, Value Management, and various EMEA Marketing functions. Key Responsibilities: Support senior campaign managers in executing effective demand marketing campaigns across all inbound and outbound channels. Lead special team projects to successful completion. Collaborate with local sales teams and support the execution of webinars and small in-person events. Manage the orchestration of all internal and external resources and stakeholders. Oversee the localization of marketing content and assets. Location Details: Based in the Munich office of our client, this role includes an option for up to 50% home office work and requires some travel. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in a High-Tech or SaaS environment. Understanding of the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, writing, and visual presentation skills in English and German. Fast learner with a strong affinity for the German language to review content. Preferred Qualifications: Strong work ethic with a proactive, 'can do' attitude. Ability to deliver results on time while meeting or exceeding business objectives. Experience in using Salesforce and Tableau for building and reporting on campaigns.
