Are you an experienced leader, ready to head up a channel team and craft future E-Commerce B2B Sales in EUC (D-A-CH) for the LEGO Group?
We are looking for a strong personality, with energy and drive, great leadership skills and a clear vision of how to impact the sales agenda in D-A-CH and beyond. You will be an important voice of the Europe Central (EUC) Leadership Team as well as the Sales Leadership Team and will have responsibility for building and maintaining partnerships and creating joint value to drive business growth!

Core Responsibilities:
* Continue to develop the LEGO® business in the E-Commerce channel in a strategic and sustainable way. Drive success with the top strategic customers.
* Develop and implement the sales strategy for E-Commerce ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.
* Provide channel inputs into the Business Unit's annual business planning and channel strategy planning.
* Lead, empower and develop a team of 13 professionals covering different levels of scope and areas of responsibility.
* Upskill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the E-Com sales function & drive innovation within and beyond the team by scouting business-changing trends and working with partners to actively impact change in the retail landscape.
* Drive customer value proposition, engage with key customers, and develop better quality relationships.
* Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
* Lead integration between key e-retailers, partners (vendor), and internal stakeholders driving effective and constructive collaboration.
Play your part in our team succeeding
We want to ensure the highest level of digital shopping experiences (online & mobile / E-Commerce) for shoppers of LEGO products on third-party pureplayer sites and marketplaces - getting the product in front of shoppers and consumers when, where and how they want it. This role will be tasked with delivering outstanding online, mobile and omni-channel experiences in conjunction with the LEGO digital strategy by working directly with our retail partners as well as technology and tool solution providers.
Do you have what it takes:
* Several years of experience in commercial front-line roles out of which some in E-Commerce Retail
* Digital Marketing and/or technology/digital agency experience
* Proven team leadership experience and success in developing people and digital savviness
* Extensive experience in driving commercial planning and management, value-based selling, mutual revenue and profit growth, consistent brand execution and joint business planning
* Track record in partner management & project management within internationally operating companies
* Experience working with E-Commerce platforms and marketplaces as well as experience implementing technology solutions & ecosystems
* P&L management experience and proven negotiation skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient in English and German
Nice to have:
* Examples of working with technology, ad tech, algorithm or agency providers to optimize and automate business flows
* Experience with social and voice commerce
* Applied experience in agile development processes
