About this Position As Head of Supply Chain
Enablement (d/f/m) you are a strategic leader. You are responsible for
driving the evolution and enhancement of supply chain processes, systems, and
capabilities. In this position you
will focus on developing innovative strategies to optimize the supply chain,
improve operational performance, and ensure alignment with the organization’s
overall business goals. Ideally you will possess a deep understanding of supply
chain management principles and a proven ability to implement transformative

initiatives or system enhancements that align with business needs and promote
operational excellence, including cross-regional impulses and outside-in view
for benchmarking purposesLead
efforts to identify, develop, and implement process improvements across the
supply chain to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion the integration of advanced analytics to inform
decision-making and strategic initiativesLead Supply Chain Customer Collaboration team to fulfill customer
satisfaction goals through customer collaboration initiatives boosting
proximity and trustLead Material Master Data team to ensure successful delivery of
data quality and time-to-market performanceWhat makes you a good fitBachelor’s
degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with
a focus on performance analysis, process improvement, and team leadershipProficient
in supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Next
Generation of Planning tools), and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI)Strong
understanding of statistical analysis, data management, and process improvement
methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)Mindset
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Proactive & Results-OrientedFluent English skills, additional languages are a
