WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Support our customers in collaboration with our sales team and with our factories, including supervision of lead times, preparation of offers, price quotations and sales forecast
2. Act as window person towards our customers, manage customer relationships and identify key decision-makers
3. Monitor market development and conduct regular review meetings with our customers
4. Work closely with other internal stakeholders purchasing, sales, product management, order management, legal etc.)
5. Handle the operational sales process (price quotes, purchase orders, deliveries) in cooperation with the sales/order management teams
6. Follow up accounts receivables in close collaboration with finance as well as prepare and monitor internal KPIs stock, collection ratio, sales, expense, forecast preparation etc.)
7. Coordinate quality claims and complaint management price clarification, supplier evaluation etc.)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8. Successfully graduated commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
9. Experience within a similar function for a distributor or manufacturer is of advantage
10. Safe command of MS-Office, especially Excel
11. SAP experience of advantage
12. Well organized and independent working style, team orientation and passion for sales
13. Fluent in English, German is a plus
