Our client, for whom we are looking for a HR Business Partner (full-time job), is the subsidiary of a large international manufacturing company in the field of home appliance (Fortune Global 500) .
Qualifications and knowledge:
* Completed studies or a comparable qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Several years of extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology
* Confident handling of HR systems and databases, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
* A good sense for people and a sound understanding of HR best practices
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including headquarters abroad
* Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
* Fluency in German and English
Duties and responsibilities:
* Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding
* Provide support as trusted local HRBP, change agent and member of the R&D management team
* Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders
* Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
* Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
* Participate in regional/global HR projects
