Are you passionate about user-generated content and know how to harness its power for brand growth? As UGC Manager:in International (m/w/d) at SNOCKS, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and scaling UGC campaigns across our international markets. You’ll be the key player in building and maintaining relationships with creators while ensuring our brand message is consistently and authentically represented across all platforms.
Your Responsibilities
* Content Strategy & Planning: You will develop international UGC strategies aligned with SNOCKS' brand goals and create editorial calendars across multiple platforms and regions to ensure content consistency.
* Creator Management: You will build and maintain relationships with content creators worldwide, scout and onboard new international talent, and ensure creators meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Performance Analysis: You will track UGC metrics across different international markets, generate insights on content effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data to improve performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will adapt UGC initiatives for different cultural contexts, collaborate with regional teams on localized campaigns, and ensure content resonates with diverse target markets.
* Quality Control & Compliance: You will review UGC for brand consistency and legal compliance, manage content rights and creator agreements, and implement content moderation guidelines across markets.

* Background: You are familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and understand how to leverage them for user-generated content campaigns.
* Skills: You have basic computer skills, including proficiency in using email, document editing software, and spreadsheets to stay organized and communicate effectively.
* Communication: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to interact clearly with creators, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail: You have a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines, ensuring all content meets the required standards and aligns with the brand’s vision.
* Teamplayer: You are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, always open to learning new skills and improving processes while contributing to the overall success of the team.
