Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive the growth of an innovative neurology product. The successful candidate will focus on building key customer relationships and implementing commercial and training initiatives with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer-specific strategies.
2. Define and manage key accounts, presenting at business reviews.
3. Conduct territory and turnover analyses; strategically manage key accounts.
4. Organize and manage events, congresses, and trainings.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Identify and support new users of BoNT therapy.
7. Implement commercial initiatives to train new users.
8. Analyse market trends and customer interactions for new opportunities.
9. Organize training programs for product use.
10. Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and other teams.
11. Participate in cross-functional projects and promote best practices.
12. Manage budgets, resources, and training efficiently.
13. Document activities in CRM systems and report to sales and marketing teams.
Key Skills and Requirements:
14. Experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in neurology.
15. Proven market development success.
16. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Knowledge of account-based sales and commercial excellence.
19. Analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
20. Willingness to travel frequently.
21. Fluent in German with strong presentation and communication skills.
22. Familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Power BI.
