German Inside Sales Executive (Hybrid) - Munich

Compensation: 50,000 base salary + 15,000 performance bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated German Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Munich. This role will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in navigating sales cycles and developing effective sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement successful sales strategies and action plans for your assigned territory.
- Actively seek out and engage new sales prospects through lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all sales activities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Compile and present regular sales performance reports to the management team.
- Engage in sales meetings, training, and industry events to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Promote a value-based selling approach to both clients and partners.
Required Qualifications:
- C2-level fluency in German with strong English language skills.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in Account Management or Technology Sales.
- Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies for specific territories.
- Experience managing multiple sales cycles from inception to completion, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong phone communication skills and a background in proactive outreach.
- Self-starter with a capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in a value-based selling methodology for engaging clients and partners.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.

- EU Citizenship required.
