Your job role: Lead the conception, development, and consulting of applications in the SAP Finance and Controlling modules, using your expertise to design tailor-made solutions for our customers. Oversee comprehensive conception, analysis, and modeling of processes, components, and systems to create efficient and innovative solutions. Manage and actively participate in S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer. Lead cross-module projects, collaborating with colleagues from the sales and procurement departments to design integrated solutions. Oversee project management activities including project acquisition, planning, execution, and closing, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals. Hire, train, and mentor consulting staff, fostering their professional development and maintaining a high-performance team. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team. Take responsibility for project timelines, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Engage in business development activities, identifying new project opportunities and contributing to proposal development. What experience do you need: Completed a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification or training. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO with practical application experience. Experience with S/4HANA (on-premise and/or cloud) is highly desirable. Proven project management experience, including project acquisition, stakeholder management, and resource planning. Familiarity with ABAP and basic debugging skills. Experience with Fiori applications and the SAP Business Technology platform is a plus but not mandatory. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
