We are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Attribution Manager to join the Performance Marketing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Marketing Team, you’ll help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments. With each campaign and initiative, you’ll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a leader in the market.
1. As a domain expert in attribution & analytics, you will join our central marketing team in Berlin, and you will be one of the key players in our data-driven marketing team
2. You will own the attribution modelling strategy of all Delivery Hero brands for marketing campaigns
3. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and you will coordinate projects across product, marketing and analytics teams, manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback
4. You will partner with all stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, blockers and ensure the execution of a well-coordinated project plan
5. You will stay current with industry trends in digital marketing attribution, and continuously refine attribution methodologies to overcome future tracking limitations
6. You will work closely with ad partners to leverage advanced attribution tools and platforms
7. You will own the development of attribution-related processes and workflows to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting
8. You will train and educate central and regional team members on digital attribution concepts, methodologies and tools
Qualifications
9. You ideally have 5+ relevant experience in Digital/Online Marketing and strong experience in building the business logic of digital attribution post iOS 14
10. You are analytical, strong in logical thinking and have advanced knowledge about ROI measurement, attribution and calibration
11. You are aware of digital attribution solutions offered by all main advertising platforms (Google, Meta etc.) and their main caveats
12. You have advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (knowledge in SQL is also preferred)
13. You have hands-on experience with setting tracking concepts on Adjust (or Appsflyer) and GA4F
14. You have working knowledge of privacy regulations for data collection such as GDPR, third-party cookie deprecation and iOS ATT
15. You are a strategic problem solver who can define and assess challenges, and communicate back to business or product stakeholders in a clear and concise way
16. You are a hands-on team player with outstanding relationship and presentation building skills
