What will you do
You will be an important part of the Portfolio Management team at re:cap. There you will be responsible for taking care of all our existing customers making sure that our risk parameters are under control.
Your key responsibilities
1. You will monitor the ongoing financial health of our existing customers via Open Banking, financial statements and our own-developed tools.
2. You will be our most important feedback giver when it comes to risk appetite, policy and portfolio adjustments.
3. You will have a key role in the conception and development of both internal (portfolio) and external projects. No limits set to your imagination and creativity!
4. You will be a reliable partner to our customers - you will develop the customer relation further (in credit risk related topics), shaping the product to their needs and helping them succeed.
Who we are looking for ️
1. You have at least 5 years of experience at a FinTech credit/risk-Team, in investment banking, or other relevant experience.
2. You are fluent in German and English.
3. You have excellent communication skills and can handle sensitive matters with diplomatic delicacy.
4. You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, can prioritize and maintain attention to detail when it matters most.
5. Experience with tech-driven and distributed companies is a plus.
6. You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment.
