The Bioprocess Territory Manager, Central South role involves providing sales leadership & direction to Bioprocess account managers in the territory to meet/exceed annual sales and order budgets.
This position reports to the Central Bioprocess Zone Leader and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team, working fully remotely. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Bioprocess account managers to achieve territory targets assigned by the Bioprocess commercial lead.
* Support Bioprocess account managers in contributing information to sales strategies and account plans.
* Through critical insight on customer biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, support the team to formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers' needs and expand Bioprocess business.
* Communicate business strategy and tactics clearly to the sales team and provide feedback to colleagues on progress, opportunities, and challenges in the territory.
* Responsible for talent management to ensure the continued development of direct reports.
* Continuously develop a network of key decision-makers. Build a territory business plan and set quarterly priorities to achieve defined business goals.
* Lead and support sales funnel reviews to meet business targets.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, life sciences, or relevant field.
* Long-standing commercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology/Biopharma industry.
* Experience using CRM tools, preferably SFDC, to manage customer stakeholders and opportunities.
* Demonstrable success in collaborating across a matrix commercial team to build solutions supporting customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience as a commercial people leader, coach, or mentor in current or previous role.
* Working knowledge of funnel management, value selling, and account planning methodologies.
Travel Requirements:
* Ability to travel 50% or more within the territory and occasionally internationally.
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
