For our Payroll team at the European headquarters in Neuss, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist who values direct contact with employees as well as technical issues. Around 600 employees work at the European headquarters in Neuss. Our payroll system in Germany is Paisy Advanced from ADP.
Your tasks
- Preparation, implementation and checking of monthly payroll accounting, taking into account legal and company-specific regulations
- Maintaining and checking personnel master data, personnel movement data and time management data
- Monitoring and processing new hires, transfers, pay changes and departures in the HR and payroll system in compliance with legal regulations
- Processing the reporting and certification system
- Contact person for all questions relating to payroll accounting, social insurance and wage tax law
- Correspondence with authorities and other administrative bodies
- Participation, e.g. in the further development of the systems and in projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in the field of payroll accounting
· Good knowledge of tax and social security law
· Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel knowledge
· Knowledge of the payroll software Paisy Advanced (ADP) is an advantage
· Experience in the area of accounting for expatriates (inbound and outbound) desirable
· Very Good written and spoken English & German skills
