The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application Job Description During your internship, you will deploy machine learning algorithms to embedded devices and evaluate their performance. Specifically, you will analyze the capabilities and limitations of both open source compilers and commercial compilers with respect to optimizing workloads that regularly occur in neural networks. This will be done by benchmarking the generated binary on the target hardware as well as by reviewing the generated assembler code. Last but not least, you will be in close communication with product development teams to clarify technical requirements and identify customer needs. Qualifications Education: master studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or comparable Experience and Knowledge: in the areas of embedded systems and machine learning / deep learning; programming experience in Python and C; experience in Assembler is an advantage Personality and Working Practice: you are a communicative, motivated, and creative person who can work independently as well as in a team; you are also highly structured in your approach to tasks and responsibilities Enthusiasm: enthusiastic about artificial intelligence; interest in software and system development; enjoy experimenting with prototypes Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
