We want you to:
* Design digital customer experiences across dealer /agency networks
o Design and optimize digital customer experience through user testing, journey optimization, and benchmarking competitors and digital advanced organizations
o Be responsible for dealer channel performance and integration of dealer systems with legacy systems for seamless and connected customer experience
o Design user centric digital touchpoints and processes
o Define system specifications of dealer performance management solutions based on Hyundai business and dealer network needs
* Project Management
o Oversee project duration, budget, quality control, etc
o Lead digital transformation in 11 countries across the region and roll out digital transformation projects to all subsidiaries
* Stakeholder communication and coordination of interests
o Coordinate alignment between business units within European HQ, leading collaboration and participation between business divisions mainly within retail channel development, sales, and mobility
o Coordinate regional and global teams to ensure alignment and project timeliness
* KPI definition and customer experience performance monitoring system establishment
o Monitor performance from dealership experience to final purchase experience and promote continuous improvement based on CRM
* Manage daily communication to monitor implementation and update of the Pan-European dealer digital channel across European markets
o Closely collaborate with EU markets to champion strategic evolution of the sales journey
o Design dashboard/ tools to monitor the performances of the dealer network and, together with the European markets, improve the overall user experience by enhancing the digital platform
o Coordinate with CRM team to optimize data collection in various customer journey phases
o Prepare management reporting based on monthly performance of dealers and overall sales
* Preparation for future digital sales E2E journey
o Enhance the existing channel of dealer systems to connect any fragmented journey of sales
o Strategize to incentivize dealer network to utilize Hyundai sales channels as primary sales tool
o Manage continuous training dealers on channel usage and benefits for 100% adaptation
o Survey and benchmark markets for innovative sales strategy and concept development
About you:
* 8+ years of relevant professional experience with several years within dealer network development or automotive sales
* Bachelor's Degree within Business, Information Technology, or related
* Experience in pan-European project rollouts
* Strong discernment and strategic orientation to extract relevant business insights and identify business needs
* Strong understanding of dealer sales processes, dealer performance, and multi-channel sales(B2B and B2C) processes within the industry
* Dealer Management System experience
* Project Management experience within IT or Digital Customer Experience
* Collaborative mindset/ strong teamwork and communication with stakeholders
* Fluent in English (written and oral)
* Proficient in MS Office and Project Management Tools
