The job challenge:
1. You will be fully responsible for managing, optimizing and digitalizing our entire lead-to-order process. The role includes overseeing, improving and integrating tools for sales configuration, proposal and quotation management and order configuration.
2. Your target is to develop and implement a seamless and efficient flow from initial customer contact to order placement which accounts for high data quality from beginning to end.
3. The role also includes responsibility for the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions which continuously improve our customers‘ online sales experience.
Who we are looking for:
4. We are looking for someone with an outstanding innovative drive, coupled with a strong interest and skillset in digital technologies and data analytics.
5. You should bring experience and competencies in digitalizing business processes, ideally in the lead-to-order domain, as well as an in-depth understanding of digital sales tools and eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of project management and UX design methods is a big plus.
6. You should also enjoy leading project teams and promoting collaboration between different global functions like Sales, Marketing or IT and our local manufacturing sites.
