The Position Join our dynamic global Compliance Risk Area team as a Senior C&I Manager ABAC. In this exciting and impactful role, you will act as the global subject matter expert for ABAC and related areas and drive a mindset for smart decision-making, supporting sustainable business development and innovation. Achieve efficiency through standardization and centralization of transactional activities. Tasks & responsibilities - As a trusted advisor, your expertise in ABAC related regulations and laws as well as your decision making will be invaluable. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and optimizing our global ABAC and ABAC related Third Party Risk Management and Conflict of Interest framework including Directives, SOPs and other guidance documents and tools. - You will collaborate closely with our Corporate C&I teams and other corporate functions as well as local Compliance & Integrity teams in the countries and regions. You will be pivotal in supporting global collaboration and harmonization. - To further develop the ABAC risk management in the KYBP (Know your Business Partner) program you will oversee and advise on the framework, including guidance on mitigating plans and training for the GBS (Global Business Center) risk experts. - Finally, you will strategically advice regarding our risk-assessment framework, monitoring and reporting activities as well as supporting the design of target group specific and engaging trainings. Requirements - Master's degree or equivalent (Law degree preferred but not mandatory) - Long-term experience as a compliance SME, business partner or legal advisor having experience in the design and management of complex ABAC and Third-Party Risk and Due Diligence frameworks. - Experience from a law firm or a consultancy firm is a plus. Experience within medium/big pharmaceutical companies or other industries in a global context, with international responsibilities is also a plus. - Demonstrated project management and process design skills while being a strong communicator with excellent execution skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Fluency in English and possibly German, both written and spoken Ready to contact us?
