Be the face of IT: Provide first-class support to users across Germany, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues with a smile.
Travel and explore: Embark on exciting adventures across Germany, visiting our stores in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions and improve our support processes.
Requirements
What you'll need:
Technical expertise: Proven experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of Windows, Office, and Apple environments.
Language skills: Fluency in German and English is a must.
Problem-solving skills: A knack for diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
Customer service focus: A passion for providing exceptional support and building positive relationships with our clients.
Traveling: A willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally own your car (travel reimbursement is there).
