The Discovery Account Manager (North-West Germany) is responsible for customer relationship across the account. This position reports to the Discovery AM Zone Leader and is part of the Discovery & Medical OpCo located in Germany and will be fully remote.
Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.
Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life sciences or relevant field.
~Sales techniques include cross selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management.
~ Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.
~ Experience in working with QlikSense and/or Sales Force
