Job Description We are seeking an innovative and strategic Retail Media & Partnerships Strategy to shape the future of retail media and adtech across our regions and partners. This role will drive the development and implementation of retail media and adtech strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives while unlocking monetization opportunities across our partners within our diverse markets. You will act as the regional business owner for all the Retail Media related placements and tools, guiding their evolution through collaboration with Regional Centre of Excellence for AdOps, Central Media Solutions and Central Product teams. You will also lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and placements, provide expertise in pricing, packaging, and reporting, and drive knowledge upskilling within the organization. You will closely work with our Partnerships and Supplier management teams to tailor our unique offering for key regional partners and support the business discussions. What’s on the menu: - Major responsibilities Strategy Development: Build and implement the Commercial Retail Media strategy, and drive the AdTech roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and market goals. AdTech Product Collaboration: Work closely with regional product owners to support the development of our AdTech tools (Delivery Hero Ads, Data Insights Platform, etc.) and front-end retail media placements, ensuring their usability and monetization potential. Placement Innovation: Identify and define new retail media placements for monetization, working closely with Product teams for discovery and development. Go-to-Market Leadership: Plan and execute GTM strategies for rolling out new AdTech features and retail media solutions, including monetization strategies, in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence for Ad Operations. Retail Media Guidelines: Develop and maintain GTM frameworks, including pricing strategies, placement specifics, campaign reporting, and SOPs. Define ways of working with Commercial, Marketing and Subscription teams. Retail Media Partnerships: Support Partnerships and Supplier management teams to tailor our unique offering for key regional partners and support the business discussions during QBRs and JBPs. Upskilling & Training: Deliver training programs to upskill local Retail Media Partnership leads on retail media, from foundational marketing knowledge to advanced negotiation strategies. Performance & Landscape Analysis: Analyze the external eCommerce landscape and internal retail media performance to identify trends and growth opportunities. Identify and Plan External Opportunities: Develop a strategy for B2B industry profile-raising by identifying key external touchpoints, such as conferences, workshops, and events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure impactful participation and representation. Job Requirements: 6 years of experience in retail media, adtech, or eCommerce strategy/consulting, ideally within fast-paced, multi-market organizations Expertise in Category Management or Brand/Digital/Trade Marketing Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret market trends and performance data to drive decision-making Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for digital advertising products Ability to provide effective training and upskilling programs, from foundational to advanced topics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and external partners Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills About Delivery Hero : As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience, fast, easy, and to your door.
