The Senior HR Business Partner / Plant HR Manager will hold comprehensive HR responsibility for the Herborn plant, which is a key location for Safran Cabin's Galleys & Inserts division. Reporting directly to the global HR leadership, this individual will oversee all local HR activities, lead a team of four HR professionals, three payroll administrators, two HSE managers and 1 responsible for apprentice (all m/f/d) and serve as the key HR contact for the plant's management team and global stakeholders. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional HR experience, with the majority of it in Germany. Proven experience in HR leadership within a plant environment, ideally with full responsibility for HR at a site or as a deputy with the demonstrated capability to grow into a full leadership role. Background from the manufacturing sector, including complex technical value creation inside a plant. Not necessarily from the Aviation sector. Business Partner Mindset: A strategic HR thinker who integrates into the global HR community and avoids siloed thinking. The candidate should view their role as both a local HR leader and a contributor to global HR objectives. International Exposure: A background in internationally operating companies, whether from a mid-sized enterprise with a global footprint or a larger corporate structure, with the ability to think and act in a medium-sized business context.
