Description Join the Digital Business Growth Team and drive the digital business with the Digital 100 network. With our transformation approach we upskill and train the organization on methods such as 90 Days Planning, OKR Framework (Objectives and Key Results), Agile Work Methods, Consultative Selling, and emerging technologies to maximize Hapag-Lloyd’s digital potential. Responsibilities Drive, develop and coordinate the Digital Teams (Digital 100) worldwide Continuously improve how we approach and execute Digital Adoption and Route-to-Customers Support and coordinate continuous exchange between Digital 100 from all regions and areas, as well as product development, marketing, sales and other stakeholders Further develop business methods (OKR/90 Days) related to all digital products with a strong focus on business, value creation, and quality Define OKRs, as well as weekly/monthly initiatives of the Digital Teams in all regions and areas to drive Digital Adoption and Transformation Develop and conduct workshops & trainings (e.g. Digital Week/Day, Inspiration & Knowledge Workshops) Qualifications At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the shipping industry Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, communication or comparable Strong communication skills, team spirit and a hands-on mentality Knowledge of OKRs, 90 Days, and agile working methods are welcome Passion and enthusiasm for digital media and trends Strong customer orientation and the ability to empathize and anticipate customer needs High affinity for new media, tools and technologies (e.g. LLM/GPT) Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking as well as excellent analytical skills Positive and open mindset Excellent English skills both written and spoken
