Your tasks will include: Digital Content Creation & Website Management Implement new hotel profiles, promotions, editorial content, event RSVP pages, and more, on designhotels.com Review, coordinate assets, and upload updates on existing website content; including the coordination of visuals and texts for website pages Support with SEO implementation on website, and website development related projects that may arise throughout the internship Email Marketing & Campaign Production & Execution Assist in the planning and execution of B2C email marketing campaigns by collaborating with creative and content teams Upload and manage campaign assets, implement tracking parameters, and apply feedback ensuring all assets are finalised for scheduled launches Support the set-up of promotional Google Ads campaigns Tools & Systems Utilization Gain hands-on experience with key digital tools including: CMS (Content Management System) CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Google Analytics Google Ads Asana Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze website newsletter KPIs using analytics tools such as Google Analytics Identify trends and improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to optimize performance Creating Keynote reports on digital marketing communication performance, for both internal and external stakeholders Research & Department Support Conduct market and competitor research to support digital strategies and content decisions Provide general administrative assistance and contribute to departmental projects as they arise during the internship Experience & Mindset Strong affinity for marketing or digital marketing Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - German is not required Excellent organizational and prioritization skills – this is crucial for this role as you will be involved in various simultaneous projects with different teams Proactive team player that shows initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office Content Management System (CMS) and Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) experience (bonus, not required) Google Analytics experience (bonus, not required) Experience working with Keynote (bonus, not required) Perks & Benefits A great experience in the niche market of luxury boutique hotels Working in a motivated and international team from over 39 countries at the global Headquarters of Design Hotels™ located in the creative Media Spree area in Berlin Great hotel discount benefits, including Marriott Explore rates Company laptop and other office equipment is provided Career development opportunities in an international company Flexibility for hybrid working model About Design Hotels™ Design Hotels GmbH (www.designhotels.com) is a full-service hospitality consultancy, offering customized services to its member hotels.
