What You'll Do: Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Enterprise DACH team as a Team Lead Account Strategy Retail Media Demand, reporting to the Head of Retail Media Demand DACH. This key role will be responsible for leading our Retail Media Demand Account Strategy team, relationships and business throughout the region. As we evolve our business in 202 5, the Team Lead Account Strategy Retail Media Demand will play a critical role when it comes to building strong client relationships with our brand and agency partners on behalf of Criteo. The role will be based in Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf. The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: You lead your team: To manage the day-to-day relationships with our existing Retail Media Demand clients, both agencies and direct clients, with a strong focus on the beauty and consumer electronics vertical To actively upsell/cross-sell to our existing Retail Media advertisers in DACH and find the optimal strategy and solution for each client To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, including troubleshooting and implementing concrete actions to improve customer service and satisfaction You help your team members grow, develop the team to reach financial targets and hold responsibility for reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes within your team, in close collaboration with your manager and the sales strategy team You partner closely with the Sales, Performance Media Account Strategy, Monetization, Op erations and other teams within Criteo to identify and pursue opportunities as ONE Enterprise team, understand strengths and challenges in the operational support of the client accounts and create best practice solutions to continually enhance our customer experience You maintain senior relationships with clients to influence client strategy and act as a leader in problem-solving in case of any significant issues You represent Criteo at events, trade shows and in client meetings, side by side with your team members and in close collaboration with representatives from other Criteo functions Your understanding and interest of Retail Media combined with your client solutions know-how shape how our existing businesses grow Who You Are: Experience managing a team of individual contributors A very strong track record of managing complex client relationships and scaling revenues within a diverse BoB, ideally within the Retail Media segment and covering both direct clients and agency relationships Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally Ability to listen well, to always put the customer’s needs and goals at the center and to build strong partnerships on behalf of Criteo Strong team player, able to build and maintain strong relationships within the organization to act as one Criteo team and in both our client’s and Criteo’s best interest Must be fluent in German and English We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
