Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
1. Streamline and transform the European Sales Excellence & Digitalization Organization.
2. Lead and inspire the Sales Excellence Team with a focus on both disciplinary and professional development.
3. Define, implement, and optimize customer data and end-to end sales processes across functions.
4. Coordinate various sales-supporting functions, utilizing Salesforce, contract management, reporting, customer events and plant visits
5. Act as the central contact for internal and external audits, interfacing with legal and tax departments.
6. Define and develop business analysis requirements and create standardized and customer-specific sales analyses.
7. Drive continuous development of system solutions for sales-specific reports using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other external tools.
Your Profile
8. Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
9. Experience: At least of 5 years of professional experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, or Product Management, with international exposure.
10. Expertise: Leadership experience as an advantageProficient in handling complex data structures, data modeling, and databases.Experience of SAPUnderstanding of Salesforce, and Power BI as an advantage
11. Language skills: Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
12. Personality: Digital leadership skills, including a strategic mindset and vision.Result and team-oriented with conceptual strength and strong analytical skills.Personal integrity and holistic thinking.Resilience and assertiveness, with a self-confident and empathetic appearance.Willingness to travel Strong process orientation and standardization mindset
