We are looking for a Supply Chain Expert - Project Manager Sourcing Optimization (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role to actively steer high impact projects and work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across the E.ON group.
Your Responsibilities
1. Drive and steer high impact projects along the entire sourcing processes of E.ON's product and service categories in close collaboration with the business
2. Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to enhance the quality of supply chain processes
3. Ensure a target driven project management and take active ownership for quality of content and delivery of milestones and results
4. Analyze and optimize sourcing approaches and negotiation strategies together with the negotiation experts in your team as well as the relevant category teams
5. Structure and design target group-oriented communication on sourcing optimization activities and decision templates for the senior management
Your Qualifications
6. Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field of study – we also welcome additional qualifications e.g. PHD or MBA
7. Several years of work experience as a project manager in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, or a consulting background with practical expertise in strategic procurement projects
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as high project management expertise
9. Willingness to actively drive change in the organization and to search for new solutions or methods
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as the ability to work independently but also as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
11. Fluent in English and German
