Main mission
Within our People & Culture team, the Junior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer plays a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring new hires feel welcomed, valued, and set up for success. By delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience, you help building an engaged workforce that drives our organization’s success.
Main responsibilities
Talent acquisition (70%)
* In charge of the recruitment process from A to Z for junior and experienced profiles for all of our Business Lines by:
* Understanding job requirements and collaborating with Hiring Managers to create engaging job descriptions;
* Screening applications to shortlisting qualified candidates;
* Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit;
* Daily working and updating Skeeled, our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
* Act as key contact with university and schools by organising and participating to Job Fairs, managing school career sites and maintaining good relationship with schools.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment software Skeeled.
Onboarding & Staff management (30%)
* Administrative & logistical preparation for new employees’ arrivals;
* Organise and realise of our welcome presentations;
* Integration meetings, follow ups and trial period management.
* Daily collaboration with your People & Culture team members.
Main requirements
* At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a Fiduciary in Luxembourg;
* Bachelor degree (BAC +3) in Human Resources;
* Fluent in French and English (any other language is considered an asset);
* Strong communication and organisation skills (multitasking);
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
* Knowledge of Skeeled (ATS) and/or Mpleo (HRIS) would be a plus;
* Knowledge of Luxembourgish Labour Law;
* High level of professional and ethical standards;
* Flexibility, curiosity, dynamism, autonomous and rigorous with attention to details;
* Innovative spirit with a force of proposal for our continuous improvement.
