We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Developer to lead the expansion of our digital PCR solutions, focusing on the Nio™ system, within Germany and Austria. This individual will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our cutting-edge products, developing new leads, and increasing Stilla’s brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow sales in Germany and Austria. Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the genomics field. Generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and product promotions. Provide product demonstrations and training to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Stilla’s digital PCR solutions. Attend and organize conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote Stilla’s products. Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
