Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales planning Tool tool and its related processes Reduce short-term workload in the organization by addressing firefighting activities Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability, etc.) Ensure that processes in the context of the Sales planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input) Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly Über Dich Experience in managing sales tools and related processes Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales/KAM workflows Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact of decisions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong project management skills Agility and resilience This position is vacant from the 1st of March 2025 and is located in our german based offices.
