Strategic sales management wanted!

We are looking for our new Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Southeast & Southern Europe region (+ Middle East & Africa) for rapeseed, grain & specialty crops at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. In this role, you will manage our sales business through the KWS Group's sales structures, dealers and licensees and shape regional sales, marketing and product strategies in line with our overarching corporate strategies.
As a member of the regional sales teams of the relevant regions, you will balance the interests of all crops within the KWS portfolio for field crops, with special responsibility for our rapeseed, grain and specialty crops portfolio and their optimal performance. As the designated regional manager (m/f/d) in certain countries, you will act as a central interface between the global interests of all KWS field crops and the individual countries, manage the respective country heads and be responsible for administrative matters.
In addition, you will be part of the leadership team of the Cereals Business Unit and will play a key role in shaping the long-term success of our business activities in the areas of rapeseed, cereals and specialty crops.
This exciting position is permanent and available full-time. Your place of work is at one of our main locations in Einbeck or Bergen, Lower Saxony.
Your tasks:
* Together with your regional management team, you will lead the regions to achieve the agreed goals for all relevant KWS field crops by developing and implementing robust sales, marketing and product strategies. They work closely with Country Heads to adapt these strategies to local market conditions.
* Development of sales, price and distribution cost targets for the crops in the respective countries as well as management of the relevant stakeholders to achieve the targets. Derivation of regional demand planning for the crops of your business unit in close coordination with the production department.
* Drive revenue growth in the regions, with special responsibility for the performance of your business unit's cultures. Promote collaboration with all business units and prioritize teamwork and close coordination.
* Development and implementation of strategic plans for your crops in the regions in cooperation with the Global Crop Leads of the Cereals Business Unit, taking into account market-specific findings and in coordination with available capacities.
* As designated Regional Manager (m/f/d): Representing the Regional Sales Team, leading the respective Country Head, supporting the further development of the local team, managing administrative matters in cooperation with the KWS Group and global functions, and participating in corporate committees.
Your profile:
* Master's degree or equivalent qualification with a strong interest in and understanding of agriculture.
* Extensive experience in relevant functions with international sales experience and leadership skills, strong business understanding and proven success in increasing sales.
* Experience in change management in international companies, ideally in matrix organizations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders and foster successful collaboration across different cultures.
* Ability to develop strategic visions and translate them into actionable actions to achieve sustainable business results.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of personal responsibility and the motivation to exceed goals.
* Motivating leadership style that fosters a culture of continuous development within teams.
* Fluency in English, other language skills are an advantage.
