For our Management Office located in Ratingen we are looking for an Assistant to the Managing Directors (f/m/div) Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Fujifilm Europe, the Assistant will provide general secretarial support to the Managing Director and to the top management team. The Assistant will be the first point of contact both internally and externally. The Assistant must be a self-starter with the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong verbal, written and administrative skills. In addition, the Assistant must be able to understand and prioritise a wide range of activities, including confidential matters. Carries out a wide range of administrative tasks for the Managing Director according to appropriate priorities, such as: Schedules appointments, taking into account all aspects and the broader situation; Books travel itineraries using our internal travel systems; Settles travel expenses with our internal system; Makes summary notes of German letters and documents; Assists the Managing Director with daily life in Germany, providing information and translation; Processes invoices in SAP system; Arranges regular management meetings; Acts as point of contact for communication with external business partners or organizations. At least 3 years of relevant work experience; Fluent in Japanese; Good verbal, written and summarizing skills in German and English; Confident use of MS-Office package; Independent working style; Reliable through sound judgement, harmonising internal and external communication; Strong interpersonal skills and a good work ethic; Service orientation and high reliability; Social and intercultural competence.
