Fujifilm Europe’s Environment, Quality and Regulatory (EQR) Team in Ratingen is looking for a Regulatory & Safety Data Assistant (f/m/d) The Regulatory & Safety Data Assistant will report to the Product Compliance QA/RA Manager & CE-Coordinator. This role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand basic regulatory guidelines. Safety Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyse safety data related to the company’s products. Creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the SDS Assist in the preparation of safety reports and risk assessments. Maintain safety data sheets (SDS) and ensure they are up to date and compliant. Provide hazardous labelling input based on the SDS Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain and update regulatory documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) regulatory requirements. Organize and file regulatory submissions, approvals, and correspondence. Track and manage timelines for regulatory submissions and renewals. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders as needed. Provide regulatory and safety information to internal teams, including Research & Development (R&D), production, and marketing. Assist in training sessions on regulatory and safety topics for company staff. Project Support: Support regulatory projects, including new product development and product lifecycle management. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide regulatory and safety input. Assist in regulatory strategy development and execution. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP), Globally Harmonized System (GHS)) Knowledge of SDS reporting in electronic systems Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety data management.
