1. lead and manage processes for Airbus D&S Procurement
2. lead, drive and coordinate transversally the Process Management Team
3. are providing leading composed of Process Owners and cross-sites / cross-functional Process Operational Managers
4. represent programmes, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, Contract Management and Tools teams
5. ensure process continuous improvement e.g. supporting or leading business improvement projects, gathering and implementing feedback from Procurement commodities operational Representatives, facilitating workshops etc.
6. provide monitoring of process performance through Process Management Review meetings, KPIs definition and deployment, operations feedback analysis, best practices sharing, improvement plan, risks and opportunities plan
7. maintain the needed process Maturity level in line with process management objectives
8. provide checking and managing the impact of internal (e.g. PSP Fields or Requirement) or external requirements (e.g. EN9100, ISO14001) applicable to the processes
9. manage interfaces to lead with other processes/domains and are liaising with the relevant Process Owners or POD ́s view against TOP MANAGER that may have interaction/requests or complains with the process
10. support the documentation rationalization and harmonization across the business Contributing and validating training and awareness Material in close liaison with Procurement Academy
11. deliver awareness sessions to internal customers in line with the scope of responsibility
12. contribute to internal or external audits and support to closure of findings
13. ensure with the support of the accountable Process Quality focal point that the Procurement process complies with applicable requirements
14. provide Supporting Source Domain or Process Management Board reviews with key stakeholders
