Job Description: International Sales Manager
Location: Germany – Remote

To support their continued expansion, they are seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team and lead further expansions across Western Europe and Globally. Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and sales activities within the DACH region and international markets. This role will focus on nurturing and expanding the company’s customer base within the nutraceutical industry while also exploring opportunities in the Food & Beverage, Pet Food, and Cosmetic sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the DACH region and beyond.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CMO's, brands, and other key customers in the nutraceutical market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage, Pet Food, and Cosmetic markets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
* Provide market insights and contribute to the development of new products and services.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the nutraceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the DACH region and international markets.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Exposure to the Food & Beverage, Pet Food, or Cosmetic markets is a bonus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
