Your tasks:
1. Responsible for the relevant standards and regulations in the area of cyber security in the Didactic business unit
2. Responsible for the coordination, implementation and maintenance of cyber security standards during the development process, the market launch and during the product life cycle of the business unit's products
3. Ensuring the competence of employees in the Secure Development LifeCycle.
4. Continuous analysis and evaluation of cyber security standards in the business unit
5. Advising and supporting the Incidents Case Manager in the elimination of vulnerabilities
6. Coordinate the development, integration, update, maintenance and market monitoring of reusable cyber security software components
7. Ensuring cyber security compliance of the business unit's products through risk analysis, security reviews and supporting the certification process
8. Responsibility for mimicking assessments, audits, training, etc. and coordinating regular reassessments of product risk analyses
9. Collaboration with security experts in the product lines
10. Advising developers on software BOM, commercial use of software libraries
Your qualifications:
11. Completed studies in the field of computer science (focus on cyber security) or comparable qualification or equivalent
12. Knowledge of standards and future regulations in the field of cyber security (e.g. IEC, ISO, EU Cyber Resilience ACT)
13. Good process knowledge in the area of cyber security and experience in carrying out risk/threat analyses and risk management
14. High affinity and expertise in common cyber security mechanisms and algorithms as well as experience in their application in the context of automation technology
15. Awareness of systematic requirements management, architecture design, implementation and testing in the field of software development
16. Business fluent in German and English
17. Strong analytical skills, structured and abstract thinking, very good teamwork skills, fun at work and hands-on mentality
