We are a mission-driven company, cultivating an inclusive culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers.We are always looking to add talented individuals to our team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation, and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community, and each other.About the Role:The Identity Protection Specialist Team enhances CrowdStrike's ability to grow, position, sell, and maintain Identity security business across all geographic sales theaters.Identity Security Sales Managers will work with and across CrowdStrike regional sales, sales engineering, marketing, product development, and services organizations to execute identity security sales playbooks, directly engage customers around CrowdStrike Identity security capabilities, and help customers operationalize the Identity Protection security solution within the Falcon Platform.Key Responsibilities:Drive CrowdStrike's strategic initiative to secure Customer's credentials from malicious abuse and weaponization by Adversaries.Establish partnerships with core sellers and position CrowdStrike's Identity Protection offerings to key personas: security, IAM, and detection/response, SOC.Collaborate with customers on incorporating CrowdStrike identity security products within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales.Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop sales pipeline and customer awareness.Ad hoc collaboration with field sales teams to help close significant deals.Coach internal teams to better position Identity Protection solutions.Provide Product Management teams customer feedback pertaining to new and existing features/capabilities.Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike's vision of Identity Protection security product roadmaps, the market landscape for IDP adoption and market specific trends.Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in technology sales with either Identity Security, IAM use-cases, and/or Cybersecurity Platform Sales.Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, C-Level, IAM, and SOC customers/clients.Experience successfully navigating procurement, contracts, and sales processes.Operational excellence in managing sales pipeline and engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams.Experienced and comfortable presenting solutions and Sales Plays to large audiences, both virtually and in person.Ideal Candidate:A high energy individual who is charismatic & personable to engage internal/external Website Witted - thinks on his/her feet.
