Your responsibilities: You handle incoming support tickets, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver effective solutions with a customer-focused mindset. Using your SQL and MySQL skills, you deep-dive into databases providing quick and accurate resolution to data-related issues. Troubleshooting integration problems and ensuring smooth system interactions by using APIs and web applications belong your daily tasks. You spot recurring issues and suggest improvements to our internal processes and support documentation proactively. You escalate complex technical challenges to our developers to and ensure smooth collaboration with clear and productive communication. You support with our ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central and keep your yourself up-to-date with current tools and best practices. You bring along: You have hands-on experience with databases, especially MySQL and SQL, to expedite and resolve technical issues. You’re comfortable working with APIs and other relevant protocols to troubleshoot and support integrations. You approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, quickly identifying issues and judging correctly when to escalate them. You thrive in tech environments, enjoying work with web applications and ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central. Clear communication to both technical and non-technical teams is smooth sailing to you, making complex issues easy to understand, especially in English. German is considered as an asset. You are well-organized with good time-management skills, capable of working independently while keeping support tasks on track.
