WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
We are seeking a skilled and professional HR Recruiter to join our team in our Distribution Center in Kammlach. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting and onboarding top talent for our organisation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Conducting full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews etc.
* Supporting Management Team and other Managers in recruitment
* Sourcing
* Update and maintain JYSK job- and preboarding site
* Administrating and superuser in recruitment systems
* Establish and secure the use of introduction programmes
* Ensure that new colleagues get a good and professional onboarding
* Living our JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate Spirit
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
* A background within HR
* Strong recruitment skills
* A positive attitude and open-minded approach
* Are a good and helpful colleague, who contribute to heighten the teamwork
* Like to deliver high quality in your work; what you do matters
* Fluent in German and good English skills
