Your Role This is a Europe-based position that requires frequent international travel and experience engaging at the board level. One of your key challenges will be building and leading a high-performing global sales team that sets the standard for the future of healthcare logistics. As the Global Sales Vertical Lead u2013 Healthcare, you will be also accountable for executing our corporate healthcare strategy, growing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Youu2019ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and global clients to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and hands-on leadership. Your Responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team within the healthcare vertical. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the corporate healthcare strategy. Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Act as a key contact for senior and board-level stakeholders within organization. Establish strong, trust-based relationships with key healthcare clients globally. Collaborate closely with operational and pricing teams to tailor effective logistics solutions. Monitor performance (GP, volumes, pipeline) and take ownership of achieving or exceeding targets. Drive knowledge sharing, market intelligence, and best practices across the global team. Maintain high data quality and transparency through CRM and performance reporting tools. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in global sales, business development in healthcare logistics. Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships and delivering business growth. Strong understanding of freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and P&L management. Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams across international environments. Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (fluency required). Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel globally as required.
