The Network Capacity Optimization Manager works to optimize network performance, finding the best trade-off between capacity, speed and cost. this requires leading projects and network initiatives as well as forming a business partnership a range of planning and operational AMZL Teams. You will play a key role in the development of the tools, models and processes around i) management of short and midterm capacity for AMZL delivery station, ii) standard operations clock and shift patterns, iii) best operating model in terms of trade-off between cost, speed and capacity. You will also coordinate the execution of weekly capacity update and quarterly changes for ops clock / shift patterns / operating models. The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve processes and performances. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional projects and action plans. You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator.
