Purpose of the role:
Enabling business growth through defining and driving Performance Marketing for Omio
* Define, own and execute the performance marketing strategy globally
* Lead and grow the performance marketing department full of dynamic talented professionals, which includes channels like Display, networks, Social media, SEM and more, for both App and Web.
* Develop campaigns to reach out targets in New Customer acquisition and retention at scale and efficiency.
* Inspire, collaborate and propel external partners (Creative, Digital Agency, Social)
* Support All Omio teams and business units that require performance marketing campaigns and expertise.
* Continuously and proactively search for new opportunities to grow our channels, thinking innovatively to find solutions to overcome growth-limiting challenges
* Improve continuously efficiency on campaign management, optimisation and through Marketing tech to make sure we have a scalable approach across markets and languages.
Qualifications
* Typically ten years+ in Performance Marketing
* Deep level of expertise in Performance marketing
* Excellent leadership skills and People Management ability.
* You can demonstrate achievement of great results through others
* You know how to develop and get the best out of a team
* Data drives your decisions. You are an expert in clean data, working pipelines, and actionable dashboards.
* You are a subject matter expert and able to provide thought leadership to the organisation on your areas of expertise
* Business English language / native level.
