You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required- German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English- Knowledge of multiple SDLC models- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL- Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and Transition process and Knowledge portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model- Experience of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) role to acts on behalf of a business to manage the services received from multiple IT delivery Towers- Experience of Supplier Management to ensure that all contracts with Service Suppliers meet the requirements and that all Service Suppliers fulfill the obligations specified in the contract.- Experience of Demand Management to align supply and demand by anticipating and regulating the consumption of services.- Experience of service catalog management to establish a process for developing and maintaining a service catalog that contains the respective status and all details about IT services.- Experience in service level management for maintaining and continuously improving the quality of IT service delivery- Experience of capacity management to assesses future business requirements, current, IT infrastructure, and ensures that all current and future capacity and service elements are efficiently delivered to meet business requirements- Experience in Availability management to Optimize the performance of the IT infrastructure and services by collecting, monitoring, analyzing and reporting all relevant availability data and initiating necessary changes to ensure the required availability.- Experience in IT Service Continuity Management to supports the Business Continuity process by ensuring that the required technical and performance IT operational elements can be restored within the required and agreed timeframes- Experience of Change management, Release and deploy management, Asset and configuration management, Knowledge management.- Experience of Incident Management, Event management, Problem management, Request management.- Experience of Continuous service improvement process.- Experience with AWS PAAS services and there APIs including but not limited to S3, MSK, SES, ECR, Cache, SNS, Cloud Watch, EC2.- Knowledge of programming language used in AWS deployment like Typescript, Java, C#- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture and design principles for scalability, availability and performance.
