Responsibilities:
1. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the environmental and occupational safety system.
2. Daily management of occupational safety key figures and measures.
3. Follow-up of near misses, accidents and incidents and implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Coordinating the implementation of corporate HSE objectives and activities in the plant.
5. Planning and implementation of HSE days and events.
6. Active support and coordination of all HSE-relevant topics (fire protection, waste, hazardous goods, emissions, explosion protection, etc.).
Qualifications:
* Degree in engineering or comparable training (master craftsman, technician).
* Additional training as a specialist for occupational safety.
* Very good knowledge of German and business fluent in English.
* Pragmatic approach and ability to work in a team.
* Strong communication skills and a high degree of reliability.
