External ? About this Role: As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operational management of the procurement function, focusing on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role entails two primary responsibilities: Managing the existing TPRM framework and operations for the US region. Contributing to the development, customization, and deployment of CBRE?s TPRM framework for global operations. What You?ll Do: Oversee the TPRM process, managing daily operations, issue resolution, and business continuity as the escalation point for complex issues from Shared Services and front-line contacts. Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders as part of the global TPRM team. Manage the end-to-end TPRM process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and minimized exposure to supply chain risks. Facilitate participation of CBRE personnel and suppliers in TPRM processes. Provide insights to enhance and optimize the TPRM process. Collaborate with functions such as Finance, HSE, Risk, Compliance, Digital & Technology, and Operations to address third-party/supplier risk effectively. Partner with external implementation partners, technology providers, and third-party risk assessors to maintain and evolve CBRE?s TPRM frameworks. Develop and deliver training and support for CBRE users and suppliers, including creating and maintaining training materials and reference guides. Create, maintain, and refine TPRM reports on risk assessment progress, compliance, exposures, and trends. Act as a subject matter expert on TPRM. Conduct market scanning to identify emerging risks, legislation, and trends in TPRM to proactively address client needs. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required: Bachelor?s Degree preferred; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in supply chain/procurement with a strong understanding of TPRM and compliance. Proven management skills to set, manage, and achieve targets impacting multiple departments. Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
