About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Systems, Tools, and Data Management (m/f/x) for our Magna Corporate Purchasing team. As a part of our company, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes through the implementation and global standardization of professional supplier management tools and systems.
The position is based in Sailauf, Munich (Germany) or Graz (Austria).
Your Responsibilities
1. Supporting and driving standardization and continuous improvement through the implementation of professional supplier management systems and tools
2. Identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements
3. Acting as the interface between our global business teams and IT experts and ensure detailed specifications are available, IT requirements are clearly defined, and implementation of appropriate tools works smoothly
4. Analyzing complex technical and business challenges, generating value out of procurement data, and identifying and solving potential issues sustainably
5. Leading and assisting systems implementation projects across our global organization
6. Ensuring the timely availability of solutions to comply with customer, governmental, and legal requirements
7. Supporting the business in data management, reporting and analytics
Who we are looking for
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
9. Sound knowledge of procurement processes and familiarity with standard systems used in procurement
10. Several years of experience in Systems and Data Management, preferably in a procurement environment
11. Proficiency in implementing and standardizing supplier management tools in a global environment
12. Experience in defining and documenting specifications and IT requirements

14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Structured work approach and high level of independence
16. Strong teamwork and communication skills
17. Very good German and English language skills
18. Strong knowledge of data analytics and intelligence tools like Excel, Pivot, Power Bi, or others
19. Willingness to travel as required
