Oversee and coordinate the interdisciplinary development of offshore converter platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering teams. Close collaboration between structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines to ensure efficient project execution. Integration of mechanical and electrical systems in 3D models of offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Facilitate technical reviews, design validation meetings, and project coordination discussions. Ensure consistency and accuracy of technical documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), technical drawings, and project specifications. Identify and address design conflicts, providing technical clarifications to suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Implement and refine design guidelines and best practices for offshore platforms to improve efficiency and reliability. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Several years of experience in offshore or plant engineering (a big plus), with a strong background in interdisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cadmatic, CATIA, E3D) and PLM/PDM systems. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and offshore design guidelines (a big plus). Experience in 3D modeling and collision detection. Strong organizational skills, structured and solution-oriented work approach, and excellent communication abilities.
