The Impact You Will Have
Join our dynamic team as an HR Transition Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR Operations at Allianz. Reporting directly to the Head of Global HR Operations, you will be instrumental in reviewing and enhancing our HR target operating model. This key position involves identifying process issues, redesigning process flows, and consolidating global processes.
The role also includes supporting service partner management, acting as a subject matter expert, representing the Head of HR Operations, and driving projects to achieve productivity goals.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Target Operating Model Review
* Collaborate with senior team members to refine the HR target operating model and improve process flows.
* Lead the global consolidation of processes from design to implementation.
Service Partner Management
* Support management of service partners and identify outsourcing opportunities.
* Enhance outsourced processes using OPEX methods.
Subject Matter Expertise
* Advise HR leadership on transformation topics and stay informed on industry trends.
Representation and Leadership
* Represent the Head of HR Operations in meetings and act on their behalf when needed.
Project Management and Productivity
* Drive HR Operations projects to meet productivity targets and automate processes using tools like MS Power Automate
What You’ll Bring to the Role
* You bring considerable experience in operational HR management, ideally in a international Insurance firm or Financial Services firm.
* You have a significant Project Management proven track record implementing global process improvement plans and change management projects.
* Advanced knowledge and experience of HR IT systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
* At ease with Office, keen to continually learn new systems and new technologies.
* Fluent business English, excellent level of German.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to negotiate, guide discussions, engage a wide range of stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
* Able to analyze complex topics, simplify and proactively drive solutions.
